Biography
Paule Amélie Tchanka Kwengoua is a Cameroonian professional based in Canada, specialising in project management, community development and institutional partnerships. She brings over fifteen years of experience leading educational and social initiatives in Cameroon and Canada, and holds a master's degree in project management as well as a bachelor's degree in business and cooperative management.
In Cameroon she served as regional coordinator of basic education for the Littoral region and led several local development projects, from access to drinking water to school infrastructure and market redevelopment, working with administrative authorities, local government and community organisations.
She is now Chief Executive Officer of HAVEWIN, a Canada-based company that finances, advises and supports projects and businesses in Africa, drawing on a network of relationships across North America, Europe and Africa. HAVEWIN works with public authorities and the private sector alike, from project design through to delivery, connecting key partners and facilitating the financial arrangements required.
Within the Cameroon Project Management Association, she contributes to developing strategic partnerships and structuring institutional collaboration. She is currently pursuing a dual programme in social work and in equity, diversity and inclusion at Saint Paul University in Ottawa, an effort that brings a human and inclusive dimension to her approach to project management.
