To recognize, celebrate and promote project management excellence in Cameroon by shining a light on outstanding projects, teams and professionals who make a meaningful contribution to the nation's economic and social development.

To become the national reference for recognizing project management excellence and to help build a strong project governance culture in Cameroon and French-speaking Africa.
A founding initiative
National recognition
For the first time in Cameroon, an official scheme rewards public, private and PPP projects, as well as project management professionals.
Benchmarking and evaluation
A rigorous evaluation framework built on international project management standards, including those of PMI, IPMA and Prince2.
Networking and community
An event bringing together more than 1,000 professionals, leaders and decision-makers around project management excellence.
Alignment with SND30
A direct contribution to the structural transformation of Cameroon's economy and to strengthening national capacity in industrial and infrastructure project management.
Organizing committee
CPMA is steered by a collegial governance structure bringing together the operator and the founding partners, safeguarding the independence and rigor of the selection process.
Operating secretariat
CaPMA handles the overall coordination of the event, its logistics, and the relationship with applicants, partners and media.
Steering committee
Made up of the founding partners, it approves the strategic direction, timeline and evaluation criteria for each edition.
Evaluation jury
Independent project management experts assess applications using a common grid shared across all categories.
