Biography
Marcel Blaise Mbella is a civil engineer, a graduate of the 112th class of École Polytechnique de Montréal. On his return to Cameroon in 1989 he joined SONEL, today ENEO, where he held a range of senior positions covering dams, hydrology, investment planning, financial planning and modelling, and studies on the management of the transmission network.
From January 2015 to December 2024 he served as Technical Coordinator at the Partnership Contracts Support Council (CARPA). He is a financial expert and holds an international certification in Public-Private Partnerships (CP3P).
