Biography
Chief Executive Officer of B&E Consulting, Christian Ella brings over 28 years of rich and diverse professional experience, including more than 22 years in information technology. He currently leads the implementation of a dynamic management control system within the NJS Group.
Prior to founding B&E Consulting, he spent 19 years as Information & Digital Technology Manager at CIMENCAM, followed by 3 years as Chief Information Officer at ILS Investment.
He holds several certifications in information technology, covering governance, networks and telecommunications, audit and databases, as well as in project management. He has a particular interest in management control and internal process control, and supports organisations in monitoring and optimising their overall performance, driving continuous process improvement, and coaching executives.
